Also, there seems to be no forum to provide feedback about the forums, so this is going here for that reason as well.

The inability to search on 3 character strings here in the forums has been bugging me for awhile and I've been thinking about posting about it. Now that I see that the same bad (IMO) choice is being applied to the in-world search tools as well, I've got post!
Here are but a few examples of 3 character strings which are really important to be able to search on in the forums, and most of which are also important to be able to search for in-world:

rez
tga
bvh
xyz
ani
hip
sit
360
180
mp3
ogg
afk
buy
pay
set
hud
bot
rss
xml
rpc
lag
sex
xxx
etc
I could go on, and if non-lindens could reply to this post i'm sure many would add many other 3 character strings relevant to SL not listed above.
To summarize, please, please forward this post to someone in charge forum admin and to someone involved in decision making regarding changes to the in-world search tools.
