Is there anything you can do to speed up PayPal processing ? 0-5 business days isn't realistic any more is it? be honest Average time to process a request to transfer from LL to PP seems to be around 8 days to 2 weeks. If you're overstretched, understaffed or whatever isn't there something you can do to automate transfers?

Hi Lauk, I think Jill answered this before but I can't locate the answer at the moment. Maybe it needs a Knowledge Base article! I'll forward to Jill...

Hi,
It seems there is confusion surrounding the posted timeframe. The Paypal processing time is 0-5 business days. Business days are M-F, not including holidays. "Holidays" are defined as US Bank Holidays.
We are most often within about business 3 days. During this time of year though, volumes do increase as people ready for the holidays. As of today there are requests that are 5 business days out, which, if the weekend is counted would 7 days. Processing credits is a priority.
We appreciate the note and will look to clarify this further. We are always working on improvements.
Best,
Jill
