I've been trying to buy a sim from another member. It was supposed to happen on Friday (we started notifying the concierge on Monday).
I got no response other than the automated one from my messages, and there was no concierge phone support available so I called the help line. They were very helpful and after they talked to the concierge, they told me that the sale would go through later Friday.
Well it hasn't and I still have received no email or any other response from the concierge.
At least for me, this isn't that small a purchase and I'd appreciate some kind of response so I know what's going on.
