I would just like to know if LL knows of what might be going on.
When inworld, i get ping times of ~500 and packetloss varying around 30%.
When i manually ping secondlife.com, i get ping times of ~500 and sometimes they just time out.
I even tried pinging other sites. Some are fine, other i get the same results as the sl page.
Everything was fine early this morning when i was on, although i did notice that uploads were slow.
If anyone at LL might know whats going on, I'd really appreciate if the info was made public.
(btw, im in ottawa,canada if that helps. And no, i dont mind giving that info, since Ottawa is a really big city)
**My average ping on regular days in SL is around 110.
**UPDATE: After resettin my modem many times, i now get ping time of ~400 and no packet loss.
