Island purchase in time, yet old way of ordering apparently won't be allowed?

I finally found a friend willing to loan me the money for my second island and happily went about doing so on the 15th of November. Went to the Island store, made sure to read everything..which took a while.

Then found myself on a page with island shapes, descriptions etc...filled in my name, island type...and any additional instructions etc... and I sent! (W0000000TS am on my way..right? apparently not.)

I even received my reply a few minutes later! Look at the Subject line:

Subject: Your Island Order for Enchanting Isle

forwarded your request to our island creation team. You should receive an
IM from them inworld when your island is ready! Although this sometimes
takes as little as a few days, currently we are running at around one week

W000000000TS... sooo just in case, cuz the kinna gal I am.. I send out a email to the concierge, explaining my purchase...how I got that above email...and asking to please put it near my existing island and as to where in locale... (still looks good right? guess not...)

Well, as soon as I woke the next day, as I was stillllll excited... I sent an email.. stating I knew they were busy but if could have a time frame... (this was before what's up there now saying before end of year).. I received an email back later that day stating they didn't have my island order, did I get a reply?? (YUPSSSSSSSS sure did, so forwarded it... didn't hear anything else)

So today, after much time trying to get thru, then getting thru..... I got to talk to someone.

To make this already long story a lil shorter... tho if anyone wishes for me to elaborate just holler as I am very upset... It appears the 'form' I filled out..wasn't the right one... it wasn't from the land store. AHEM.. YESSSSSSSSSS it was... just that apparently it's an older way of doing things..for like schools or other things... and it's not used anymore... (AHEMMMM it was, I used it! It was from land store!) Then they say... So.. if you want, you can purchase an island at the NEW price.. ((umm...'scuse me... no. ))

I sent it in, on time. I followed up with an email to the email sl sent stating my order was RECEIVED! But now ti's not valid??? I don't get it.

I went to Island Store... thru the links was this form, filled it out... (purchased my island privately before so thought this was how it was done...hell it was in the ISLAND STORE) but now am getting a tap dance saying it was a old way of doing things, shouldn't of been there (like i knew that! puhlease) and sorry... it wasn't thru island store soooooo you don't get your island.

It WAS thru the island store... I have a email RECEIPT!

-sighs- It was done, it was admittedly in ON time by a SL staffer..but.. I have no clue at this point!

I have a email stating my order was taken, so now why am I being refused?
