Security question, Friend list, and Land name not working!

While i thank you all for your quick redesign of the security policies on the site, i have to report that none of the new options provided did work for me.

I have double-checked the spelling in game with an alt, so that's not the issue...

I'm not in the UK or US, so i'd like to avoid making an international call, if it could be avoided!

Also, you could use a program like Skype to make the call to our support line if you'd like to talk to someone in person for assitance. Skype-out fees for international calls are extremely cheap!
