I realize that the purpose of this forum is not to provide a place to post messages like this, but I don't know how else to communicate with Linden Labs. I have tried all of the correct ways I know to obtain support to no avial. I tried the in-world help first, and got no help. I sent email on the Web site last week. There has been no response. I called this week, and, after multiple attempts when my call was disconnected, had the priviledge of listening to recordings for a considerable time before I was given the opportunity to leave voicemail, to which there has been no response.
My problem is this: I recently signed up for a one-year subscription for a premium account under another name. I can logon to Second Life on that account, but I cannot logon to the Web site or the beta grid. When I try to logon to either using the correct name and password, it tells me they are incorrect, even though I know they are correct. I have reset the password twice with no effect.
Linden Labs, will you please help me solve this problem?
