Why do I get debited trading tier once for placing a trade and again when the trade is executed? If I place trades for $5,000 one day I can't trade anymore that day. That makes sense, however 24 hours later when I should be able to trade another $5,000 I can't if the previous days trades are being executed. I can watch $5,000 worth of tier dwindle to 0 without me entering any new trades.
