I'm fine with most of what Zee posted in the thread you linked previously, except for this:

Under what qualifications does "likely" go to either yes or no?
If, say, Anshe buys 40 sims and three months from now sells 30 of them, would she be one of the ones having to deal with the increased rate for the new person? I would hope yes.
Or alternatively, if I purchase a sim and then sell it three months from now, is my buyer going to summarily be screwed? I would hope no.
And what happened to a response for Cristiano's very reasonable question about why personal residents should be charged the same rate as corporate sponsers?
