Just a Quick Question, obviously alot of computer games come with a warning about epilepsy.
Was wondering if such a warning is in the small print when people sign up.
The reason for asking is i create lots of very fast moving and strobing type of lighting effects and was wondering if the content creator has any responsibilty to warn possible users of there items or if terms of service already cover this angle?
Could i as an individual be held responsible for someone having an adverse reaction to prolonged exposure to a screen full of particles and random bright flashing lights, especially considering the length of time people tend to be logged on to SL ^^
I know it probably sounds trivial but i gotta ask.

KirstenLee, as you may have already surmised, flashing lights and lots of crazy, colorful things are present in ample quantities in SL. I'm sensitive myself to certain parts of the spectrum, but the Terms of Service covers a lot insofar as LL's accountability goes. As for you as an individual, since SL is a Resident-created world, I couldn't advise legally--I would recommend you seek counsel if you're really concerned--but simply put, it's always nice to put a disclaimer to inform and communicate. Take care.
