A higher authority?

Is there any higher authority in which to present questions of Second life other than the sixteen (16) moderators listed here. Perhaps a higher echelon of persons that are authorized to relate to matters that concern where, when, how and why the system is so bogged down. We are talking about peoples livelyhood here and these concerns are of grave importance. We the residents of SL do not have any say in choosing the employees for SL (the government). But we should have the right to full accountability of system matters that affect the everyday business life of those that have invested heavily into SL.
