I have a few questions that are of a great oncern to me.
Why can't I contact anyone using the Hotline number?
Why doesn't anyone call me back when I leave a message using the hotline number?
Why doesn't anyone at LL respond back when I send an email?
Why can't I get my overcharging Credit Card problem fixed, despite quite a few calls to LL and it having been going on (off and on possibly) for over a year?
Why haven't I recieved the refund to my credit card ($350 was the figure quoted by Cyn) that I was told I would get 3 weeks ago?
Where is everyone at LL, and why aren't they responding at all to me, in anyway, despite me being a great customer and having an account problem that they have acknowledged and said they would fix?
