Hi,
Quick story leading to a question. Yesterday I rented two booths in a mall. I came back today to set up my shops, when I discovered that the mall was gone and that the land was for sale with out even an IM to me. I'm giving the said party 24 hours to refund my money, but would like to ask:
1: What recourse with LL do I have?
2: If I wanted to get the word out about said party, how far is too far? I want people to know they can not be trusted, but I do not want to get in trouble for harrasment. Are ther posted guide lines I can follow?

Thank You,
A.I.

First, please let us know who cheated you through an abuse report. We can follow up with that individual.

There was some discussion at one point about a Resident run Better Business Bureau. It seems to me that would be the best way to manage this sort of problem. Posting accusations on the forums or other means doesn't allow for the individual involved to respond - often there are two sides to a story. But a BBB style operation would do that, and help to mitigate false accusations.
