Hi, I own just over half of Bona and for the past two weeks the lag there has been incredible.
~I have raised 2 bug reports on it but seen no improvement so I was just wondering if anyone can have a look and see what is going on.
As soon as I exit Bons things seem to improve and usually there is no one except me in Bona. A lot of the time I can't even walk, let alone fly and building is now out of the question.
I do hope someone can help because I am no longer able to do anything useful in there.

It is unfortunate that the word Lag has been overloaded so much, it really is hard to tell what the problem could be.
If you are still experiencing issues I would suggest:
Asking in Live Help - many of our experienced users are excellent at finding performance issues in a sim, if they have the time. Additionally on-the-clock liaisons also listen there and may have advice.

You can also try calling Concierge, they may be able to dig deeper into the situation for you.
