Between yesterday and today there has been a rash of reports here on the Linden Answers forum about people getting crashed off and finding upon their attempt to log in again that SL tells them "your account will not be available until (long seconds-based time number here) Pacific Time" and they are completely locked out of SL after that point.

I actually IMed Live Help yesterday about this and was told they knew about the problem and asked for the names of the two people who I'd seen report it yesterday, and said they'd get them fixed up. No more information was forthcoming.

Since that time, I've seen yet more reports about people with this problem. Could you please give an update on the offblog about this issue and what people should do if they encounter it themselves? Also, are the people processing your email to support@secondlife.com somehow giving emails about this subject a higher priority somehow? Is there a key phrase we can use in our emails to ensure that the problem gets taken care of swiftly?

I believe this will be fixed with today's update, as it's listed in the Release Notes:

* Error message “you cannot log in until (time)” now displays correct time

If this still occurs after today's release, please be sure to file a bug report.
