Yes, Jennifer, you certainly can! If by that, you mean to prepay... you could contact [email=billing@secondlife.com]billing@secondlife.com[/email] or call support directly about this, or what I've known, altho it might sound strange, is to get a gift subscription for yourself to extend your membership.
