Are you referring to the comment system in eBay that drives reputation?
We had a rating system which didn't do a very good job of communicating reputation, and we have lots of ideas how we might do something better. At the moment however, our priority has been performance improvement and system stabilization, so all new features, including reputation system, are on the back burner.
