No One will return My emails Please help!

Login Failed.
When i try to log on i get this message:

Login Failed.
Your account has been disabled.
Please visit www.secondlife.com to renew your membership.

When i go to my account it says

Status: On Hold.

I have three Avie accounts that are effected like this.
I have a basic account and no land tiers so it can't be a billing issue.
I sent an email Friday and nobody responded.

Please help!

PLEASE HELP! MY NAMES ARE EVEN GONE FROM THE GAMES FIND MENU AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET BILLED LAST SUNDAY FOR MY LAND TIER AND IT DIDN'T EVEN GET BILLED. WhaT IS WRONG!!!????

About billing, make sure your billing info is correct too.

Hope you can get this resolved soon.
