contact creator for lost object due to SL failures??

What on earth is this all about? I see Lindens publicly posting to go to the creator if your SIM crashes or you crash and something is lost. WTF!!

This is something the Lindens need to fix, NOT THE CREATOR. You need to get someone into the database who has a clue and restore their items if it hasn't been transfered or deleted by the person.

Stop sending people back to the creators. We have no way of verifying if the item was actually lost or not.

How about this.. Person A says they were giving 1 million Linden to Person B.. Person A crashes, but the money is gone anyway.. Person B denies recieving the money. Should person A contact Linden labs since they are the creator of the money and you guys just give them some more? If so let's say I'm out 10 million.. I'll happily take a check.

If we can verify that a transaction took place we can work with the two people to come up with a solution.
