Perhaps it would help then if you stopped answering posts made within the last few days and answer the damn ones that were posted one and two weeks ago; then a "bump" wouldn't be necessary in order to be secure that our legitimate questions haven't been forgotten. I've been waiting a week and a half on something that should've been dealt with immediately. How dare you act as if we're crossing the line by expecting support when you aren't replying to anything, billing@ isn't replying to anything, the phone support directs us to you, etc. If you don't handle account specific questions you probably should direct that information to your employees, because phone support and livehelp both told me to ask here, and Jess replied to my issue saying she'd check on it. /139/e2/137093/1.html

As I pointed out in another post, I don't answer every thread. Only those I know answers to. And there are many threads I don't know the answers to.
Since this issue seems to be systemic I will check with Jesse and see if there is an update on this. Bug reports and support are still the way to go with this. I'm not sure why people are being told otherwise, but it isn't fair to you to be given the run around. Like I said, I'll check with Jesse.
Sorry for getting you stuck in a loop on the issue.
