Ripple Water Grayed Out in 1.9.1

Just as the title says, Ripple Water is grayed out for me in the 1.9.1 Preview. So's the Enable Vertex Shaders box, but I'm more concerned about the water. (The lovely ripply water was a major factor in me renting a large plot of land on a sim corner, and I'd had plans to use the water as a backdrop in some photo shoots.) Nothing else is grayed out -- I can, for example, set the lighting all the way up to all local lights and shadows. And Ripple Water has always worked fine for me before -- it's never been grayed out, and it's not slowed things down much. I didn't read anything in the initial release notes about Ripple Water changing, and the notes for 1.9.1(10) just mention a fix concerning the appearance of fog.

So, is this supposed to be happening? Should I bug report this, or did Ripple Water really change? I'm pretty bummed that I might be stuck with ugly flat water from now on.

My system: Windows XP, Pentium 4 processor (3.2 GHz), NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 (32 MB of memory)
