Langage specific live help.

Hi linden lab !

I was told by a linden, some times ago, that you need more live helper, and even more *langage specific* live helper.
We can also see that the live help is overloaded by request.

I'm a secondlife mentor and i wish to become a live helper. It fit me better than mentor (because, as a mentor, i have to be "physically" in help island. As a live helper i could work from anywhere, including my own private region, which is better for me)

I applied like... 8 month ago.
So what's happening ? Does it take 8 months to review an applications ?
