If an avatar is banned - land title

If an avatar is banned, does Governor Linden automatically assume ownership of any land that avatar once owned?

Kami, the answer is basically yes, since that avatar is no longer a part of Second Life, their land will eventually be reclaimed by Governor Linden. Hope this helps.
