RAW terrain file bug

There is a bug in uploading downloading raw terrain files.

take any terrain file, use smooth 3 times on the entire sim

stand next to and look at an area where the water meets the land, preferably curvy

take a photo

download your terrain file

upload the same terrain file

take another photo and compare the 2 photos....the second photo will have much rougher edges
