Customer Service Or Disservice?

Hello.... I have noticed in the last week on multiple, as in 4 or 5 occasions i have requested Live Help seeking a Linden or anyones guidance there for that matter and have failed to even get a response. Not only that but these all happened in a row and i have still since not gotten a response to any questions all week.... At the beginning of the week there was Lucy Linden, who came and helped me out, so props to her but the fact that i waited for 20 minutes patiently on other occasions disgusts me. I understand there are lots of people online at one time but never have i seen such a disorderly and wreckless side of the SecondLife customer service. I know the Lindens and Liasons and the whole team at SecondLife becomes tired from the harsh working standards and constant bugs/errors to correct, but the customer service was, correct me if im wrong, supposed to be much better? I regret to say it but i feel it has only declined. Any others with the same expierience please share your stories, and i would also like to hear from a few Lindens point of views, because im going to be open armed about this and see if theres a bit more hustle and bustle behind the screen than is known.... Thanks....
