I am refering to the Wiki itself, not its content.
http://secondlife.com/badgeo/wakka.php?wakka=HomePage was the official Linden-supported LSL Wiki by virtue of being hosted at Second Life, irrespective of the content being supplied by residents.
We now have many off-site unofficial clones [of varying quality] of the former official LSL Wiki.
If Catherine Omega`s clone is off-site, too, it is also unofficial. Unless Linden Lab officially endorses it.
Where is the official on-site LSL Wiki?
If there is none, and will not be one, which one is the officialy endorsed off-site Wiki?
One. Singular.
If none, why?
