What's up with friends online?

None of my friends show online yet they are and when I im them, they don't get it. I know I'm not the only one this is happening too.. will this be fixed soon? Thanks.

Hi Michelle, I am most sorry, this is a "presence issue". It's happened on and off for awhile and we've got good people looking into what the root cause is. So yes, we're working on fixing it!

Sometimes if you wait awhile that'll help, else, relog and wait again (don't keep relogging too quickly, that just adds strain to the system).
