Since the new open registration it has given every griefing, banned, supsended alt a clean slate, will all exisitng members get a clean slate as well? (rap sheet) ??????????

Sensual, to clarify: each account is treated as separate but alt abuse is still abuse and recorded duly--which is exactly what it sounds like. Noone, alt or longtime Resident, gets a clean "rap sheet" because of the new open reg. system.
