You lost me as a premium member and you are going to lose more.

How many people have to lose everything and not get an answer from you? Why do any of you even think this is remotely acceptable? A dear friend of mine had her entire inventory wiped out days ago and all she has received from you is "Hit F1! File a report! Have a great holiday season!" This is completely and totally unacceptable.

You will not be receiving one more penny of my money until you prove you can run this thing for a week without screwing things up. NO MORE UPDATES! Fix what you messed up first! RESTORE PEOPLES INVENTORIES! It isn't my responsibility or the vendors responsibility to catalogue months and possibly years of possessions to cover LL butts should the database eat them. You honestly think it's even remotely reasonable to want people to list thousands of items? Why should we be expected to cover for you when you are spending our money, on what? Obviously not sufficient servers or database technology.

It is amazing how far downhill SL has slid just in the months I've been a member. However, this inventory issue is the final straw. I wish we had an option to not download these 'patches' because they only make things worse.
