Winning an auction

The land auction FAQ page states that:
"Before submitting a bid, please remember that you automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if you win the auction."

Unfortunately, there is no link to the text of any contract or agreement. Now, given that I can't inspect all the terms of a purchase contract prior to making a bid, any such agreement is likely not enforceable by Linden Lab. In spite of this, I'm still not comfortable placing a bid on any of the open auctions. Can you please point out a location of the full terms governing the land auctions so I can make an informed decision prior to bidding?
