is sl down right now?

I was playing sl and all of a sudden i coudlnt move and when i typend into the chat my text wouldnt enter onto the screen so I closed sl and reopend and tried to log on. When i log on it logs on normally but everything is grey and i cant see myself and walls are missing. No one gets my IMs either. Ive close and re-opened sl several times now and restarted my computer. SO is the grid down?

1. Open Second Life.
   
2. Click PREFERENCES ---> GENERAL tab and change LOGIN LOCATION to "My Home".
   
3. Connect as you usually would and see if that does it.
   

If not, close SL and click a link like this:
which will log you in on the region called Plum, which is quite stable.
