Island Transfers?

If I want to sell my Island and find a buyer how long will it take for it to transfer to the new owner?

The situation with this 11/15 Island priceing thing going on, I read that new Islands won't be on grid until 12/15 or after so am I to assume a Island transfer could take months?

I have an issue with Customer Service and Concierge... as in NOT getting any, can't get anyone to answer the phones or return messages so to get help with a transfer I'm sure will be NONE as well.

If in order to Transfer both parties need to send emails and then wait. Well the problem I have with that is how do we know it will ever happen since we do not get any call backs from Concierge or Customer Service? The buying party sends me the money for the Island and then has to wait until???? And if it doesnt happen how and who do we contact if we can't get any contact back as it is?? SOoooooo confuseing :/

I have also read here others haveing problems getting their Islands transfered and help from someone.. anyone at LL and not getting any:/

Oh and please do not refer me to any facts pages, have read them and still does not answer these questions. Maybe if there was timely customer service it would but there isnt.

Please let me know so I can make some decissions soon... Thanks

I'm sorry that you've had trouble contacting customer support, the current load is very high and people have reported experiencing delays. Leaving a message if you don't directly connect by phone should result in a callback. Please do try to be patient while we the concierge team sorts out the many new island requests.

As far as transfers go, they are high priority. Usually no longer than 48 hours. Please make sure that both parties email, and indicate what you want in the subject line. "Transfer of <island name>" would be great :)

Again, please bear with us as we handle an unusually heavy support load. I can definitely understand how frustrating it can be to not have specific delivery times to work with.
