I attempted live support and got the same as many others.

I suggest hiring more call center staff or perhaps giving me the option of going straight to voicemail. Also, make the prompts for "spelling slowly" a little longer. I can talk that fast but you won't know what I said. Especially with my accent. ;)


To the point: I requested a transfer on the 8th. It's now the 16th. Minus the weekend and holiday. It's been five days and I would like to see the last amount I processed actually post to my paypal account. If not I'd like a credit to my account so I can try again (please waive the fee) or some assistance with finding out what happened so we can prod this through. It's rather important and starting to become time sensitive.

Hence why I requested it a week ago.

Could you please look into this?
