Customer Support?? Concierge?? Hello???

I agree with the other posters about this issue of non - support. I have called so many times my fingers have memorized the buttoms and can press without my looking!

You are on hold a long time which is not a good thing for people who have diabilities and can't hold the phone for long. Then after listening to a bunch of stuff are told to call another number. Then you listen some more and are told to leave a message, which is NEVER EVER RETURNED!! Also I have called Concierge at this point 7 times left messages and have NEVER EVER got a call back.

You can keep giveing us the same text book answer to this problem but the fact remains we are not getting the Customer Support and Help LL claims to be giving! The question is now... will we ever???

It kind of makes sense to me why other Gaming places like EA have customer support based in India. They arent really helpful but at least the calls are being answered and sometimes you luck out and will get the help.

Ok so the point of my post is... I needed help never got it .. I pay alot of money each month and am supposted to get the services provided for owning an Island which means Conierge Service .. not getting it. Does the TSO say LL does not have to provide the service it claims you are supposted to get cause you pay for it? Things that make you go hmmmmmm......
