The system does not seem to always accept correct answers. One of my family tried multiple times on the friends list questionand now has to call. Near as we can figure out, if there are more than one friends in your list with the same last name, the new system does not seem to recognize all of them just the one it is thinking of.

Thanks for the heads-up Darkness, I have just sent your comments onto our web team to see if they can re-create the issue. I'll be sure to report back when I have more information.
Also, if you are not able to reset your password on the page over the weekend, we will have many Lindens available on Monday who can help you on the phones.

I've spoken to the web team and you should be able to enter any of the first names for those Friends you have with the same last name. Be careful when you are typing, as they do need to be spelled correctly.
