This has happened several times now. I tried paging Live Help and a linden looked into it, but I never got a response. I am curious if there is a bug, or something I can do to work around this.
I have a script that does repeated requests to a url with different post data. It will work for a day or so, and then it will get consistent 503 errors with a web page from what looks like a linden web proxy saying it failed to resolve the hostname with some sort of internal error. The host name resolves, and I can put the same script in a different sim and it will work fine.
It's like the Linden proxy server gets fubar'd somehow. This is happening right now on my script in the Dryas sim, ut the same llHTTPRequest is working in another sim, Orlando.
What gives? What can I do to wake up the linden proxy, or not get it screwed up? How do I get this issue fixed? I will also send this post to the support email.
BTW, should be easy to repro if any lindens want to see it.
