Library textures rights

I have been customising textures...
In some cases it would be useful to use my library textures as a back ground or source.
If I have full rights to textures then I can download them as a TGA file.
As the library textures are free to use by anyone could you make them downloadable, or available RL as TGA's.
If you are interested in what I am trying to do.. I riped of two of your textures to make a new texture " Corner-E " for a freind making a road... ( I presume you can see this if you want, and hope you don't mind my use of your textures ).

This sounds fine to me--I've done similar things myself after checking with the Linden Lab Content Team! Let me know what you come up with.
