The moon and the stars

I just happened to notice somethng and don't know if it has been brought up.

In RL the moon is closer to the earth than the stars....

But in SL that doesnt seem to be the case, since the return of the stars, they are now in front of the moon, showing up on the face of the moon as it moves.

Either that of the moon is somewhat transparent, whichever way, its wrong.

Yeah, it's not 100% realistic. It's hyperbolized and stylized, especially on holidays when we have moons that change into giant hockey masks and hearts and all that.

So, inspired by the "real-life moon"--but not a clockwork analog thereof.
