I got this IM upon SL coming back up:
"her: hello there was an asset server crash and Sl was down for a bit - before the crash i had purchased several diff tats and a piercing but never receieved them - not sure what to do now other than give you the names of the ones i purchased
[20:53] her: there is nothing there from anything for today - the last thing listed is for 9/26 - not sure if they rolled back to that date or what but its not showing anything past that
[20:53] her: even stuff i bought earlier today from other places that i DID get isnt even showing up

What would be the cause of this? Nothing is showing on my transaction history and im not sure if i received the payment... I mean when i look at the inworld transaction history my money count is the same before the crash. But since that list isnt updating for HER, im not sure if my current balance has increased and its just not reflecting in the inworld transaction history.
Is the transaction history screwed up due to the attack and should i be seeing these transactions soon or what?
I dont want her to go without items if she honestly paid for these but i am not seeing an increase in my sales for today via the inworld transaction history and i dont want to rip myself off either.....
What can i do?
*Edit* I ended up going ahead and giving her every item she said she bought.... But I would still love to know why this even occured?
