Sim compatability question

Ok I've been examining the lag/crashing issues in sim of The Forest for quite a while now. I noticed we have a very high script time and the only heavy active scripts I can find in the sim is the dozen or so traders with networked vendors we have in the store at our sim. Now I've seen sims with just as many networked vendors (sometimes more) with casino games running more stable then us.

Now every time we crashed I've noticed we've been moved to another Class2 server. So I think its not just the scripts, but maybe hardware limitations as well. So I started wondering why we've never been moved to an available Class3 or Class4 machine. Is there compatability issues with moving sim data between Class2 and newer machines? Or is it locked to run on Class2 machines unless requested to be moved to newer machines? Because if we can relocate the sim data to a newer machine I think we can finally eliminate one possiblity of problems on our list of possible issues.
