I would like to know why SL won't let us upload url videos and radios from the websites to our tv or aeolus dish v6 I mean SL does use wmv/avi/rm/Qt. I went through all the websites including youtube it will take the exclusive ones from the SL guide website but why not all website with videos? I'm curious.

Hello Derrick--we're not a traditional media hosting company, and at the present, we don't have the faculties you suggest. Media URLs are linked to from external sites and they're passed through Second Life to you, since the data isn't stored on our servers. Any video which plays fine in QuickTime Player should also work in Second Life. Test it out and see!  |
