Reservation without auction?

There are now 3 spaces reserved that never went up for auction what's going on?

first 917, 934 to Markie Macdonald
then 1050, 1000 to Micala Lumiere
1099, 901 to Chris Widget

Each Region is US $1250
A region will give you complete ownership of each grid space your purchase.

Each Reservation starts at US $30
A reservation will allow you to a save a space to build on.


This may not be entirely clear, but when you outright purchase a space for USD$1250 you get immediate ownership of the region. The location does not go up for auction.

Auctions begin only when a space is reserved, at the starting auction price of USD$30.00.

As we collect Land Store usage data, we will periodically review an adjust our policies as required to maintain a stable environment.
