Here is another attempt to get my money back. 4 phone calls, 3 support emails, 2 forum posts and yet no response. Awesome!!!!! Here is the situation, once again.
You disabled my account over the holidays. I called, finally got through, and the gentlemen on the other end said it must have been a glitch, because there were no notes attached to my account stating why it was disabled. It was reenabled, however, LL took all my money L$10900 for a penalty charge that had nothing to do with me. What is the deal with that? Is that legal? Doesn't seem legal, and if something is not done, I will be persuing other avenues. Granted $40 some odd dollars is not a lot of money, just the principle. That's pretty much it. Please do not tell me to direct this to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] because I have already done that. I have an idea though. Why don't you help me out, and you send it to [email]support@secondlife.com[/email] and make sure that it gets a response. Why do I keep having to get on here, get stressed out, just to get the runaround. Come on LL, let's get it together!!!!! Sorry to be an a$$, but being ripped off and ignored brings it out in me.
