Does anyone at LL know what is going on?

Why are all the things said cleared up returning? Is the database failing again?

I go to the Official Blog and see the headline:

RESOLVED] Database load issue resolved

Yet this is not the case. I still have major inventory problems, most of my inventory is missing, I can't change my active group as I bug reported yesterday, people are still having teleport problems, still having invisible avatar problems. When can we expect reliable information to be given to us on the official blog? When can the paying cutomers of Linden Labs expect a resolve to these problems? I have to address this here because the blog is obviously unreliable and the comments are turned off anyway.

Torley, please don't kill me but I have to second this. Maybe the engineers/devs aren't in game right now but it's a mess in here. Everything she said below is true plus more. And it's getting worse by the minute. I'd rather see them take the game down and fix some things because right now it's unplayable anyway. Can we at least get an accurate update? HELPPPPPP PLEASEEEEEE

In world receive an announcement from a Linden that the database problems that you thought you had fixed had reappeared and to see the Official Blog for information. Now more than an hour later I go to the blog and see this:

[1:08 PM PST] Consider this database load issue resolved.

This was the entry in the Blog from before the announcement and still no update as to what is happening. You force us to use the Blog for information yet you do not keep it updated.

Hello! Retroactively...

I wanted to let you — and everyone else know that, I continued to update the Official Linden Blog with numerous further updates when it became clear to us the problems flared up again, like when a meal doesn't go right down... it settles for awhile... and then you puke.

See my subsequent updates shortly after...

I'd like to make it clear, my committment to keeping YOU informed. I AM OBSESSIVE ABOUT UPDATING BECAUSE I KNOW HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO KNOW, AND HOW MUCH IT MATTERS. So fear not.

I should also make it clear I'm often inworld (on my main or tester account) to check when stuff like this happens. Given my lighting rod-luck for problems, if it hits you, it'll likely hit me too.

Also remember: we hear a lot, and I must emphasize a lot, of the reports from what's actually happening inworld. Like on Live Help. I am often scooting around with our good Resis and finding out what's going on — confirming it quickly to lessen the chance of false panic alarms, then posting.

DANG I JUST GOT PAGED AGAIN, I'M ON IT!
