Ok please dont tell me to read the blog i did. Please just tell me if i have a tech prob do i have the help from ll when i click and typ it in help request or live help or what ever it is? Pluse iam sure lindens have there share of bad days and may be hmm how to say grumpy. But does that give lindens the right to be ugly to the people of sl. Like once i was told (figer it out your self, You just have to wait and thin to suger coat it with have a nice day at the end. I know %95 of questions asked could be found out just by clicking the f1 key and doing a litle reading and the lindens get alot of crap from alot of sl people. But what about the rest of us? Is there ever going to be any help for thos of us who need it not the rudness of lindens haveing a bad day or just dont want to help. I did read ther is things in the works for live help to be made better. YAY But what about now? I know i dont own 2 or 3 sims. Geezz iam doing good to pay for my small 10000m plot lol But that dont mean i desever the rudness i have recived the last few days from a linden thur the live help or help request

I'm sorry if you feel that you were treated rudely by a Linden in the Request Help channel. I know that it's been extremely busy inworld lately, and I often find myself with 15-20 IMs stacking up (being near the top of the alphabet doesn't help  ) so it sometimes happens that you need to be brief when addressing non-urgent issues. It's also policy to request that residents first check F1 and/or the Knowledge Base before soliciting help from a Linden, but that's not meant as a dis by any means. In encouraging people to use the self-help channels we are able to more successfully address the many issues that are urgent or simply not covered in the help files, like new bugs or exploits that may arise. Of course, when it comes right down to it, we inworld Lindens DO want to help absolutely everyone...that's why we applied for the jobs  And we're not above the law of course. If you feel that a Linden has crossed the line, you are certainly encouraged to file abuse reports on their conduct, which will be examined by customer support for TOS/CS violations. We police ourselves and each other so that will likely not be necessary...why, I personally threaten to pWN my fellow Lindens regularly. Especially Chadrick, that punk.
