Locked out of my sim

How would someone (especially someone who has land in a camping chair sim) get to their land, when that sim is full? I tried TPing into it, getting TPed in to it, and flying into it, none worked. Why can't I get to my land that I pay for?

P.S. This is an infohub sim with no camping chairs nor popular places... Can you please route some newbies away from Mauve?

Unfortunately I've seen this numerous times before. In some instances, regions were found to be set to lower than the standard 40-avatar limit. Mauve happens to be one of them, so I've boosted it from 30 to 40. Hope this helps.
