I've searched but didn't see the answer to this.. Hope it's not a FAQ..
I bought some clothes at a store ingame last Wednesday from a JEVN kiosk. I saw the popup saying I had paid the right amount and my account history shows the transaction but I did not receive the item. I waited about a day then sent a polite IM to the owner of the shop, including the name of the item and the date/time of the transaction - she was offline at the time and has not responded.
What's my next step? Do I go to the mall manager or JEVN? Do I file a complaint with LL? Do I just suck it up and write this off as "one of those things"?
