How to deal with not receiving something you bought

I've searched but didn't see the answer to this.. Hope it's not a FAQ..

I bought some clothes at a store ingame last Wednesday from a JEVN kiosk. I saw the popup saying I had paid the right amount and my account history shows the transaction but I did not receive the item. I waited about a day then sent a polite IM to the owner of the shop, including the name of the item and the date/time of the transaction - she was offline at the time and has not responded.

What's my next step? Do I go to the mall manager or JEVN? Do I file a complaint with LL? Do I just suck it up and write this off as "one of those things"?

Sindy, the best option is to contact the owner of the vending machine you were using directly, as Linden Lab does not have the ability to distribute objects sold/owned by others.
