Billing... oh billing :P

My account was paid for until september 5th, and i've been paying for an extra 1024 sq. mts. of land; last month, i downsized the extra tier (1024 sq mts) on my account to 0, because we got 2 more members, who upgraded their accounts to premium, and graciusly gave their land to the group covering that 1024 mts that i've been paying for.

Now, my problem is this, last month, i paid the tier ammount, and made sure i selected 0 on the extra land... and got a billing notification about that extra land holding this evening... when i selected 0 last month! *fumes*

If my account is paid for as premium, do i still get the tier free 512 sq. mts?

and since i selected 0 on the extra land holdings last month mind you... why am i being charged as if i'm using an extra 1024 sq. mts. of land?

Yes, that's right.

For the other specifics, the general possibility is you were still holding the extra 1024 m2 after the end of one billing cycle. Meaning, if you've let go of excess land, drop your tier before the beginning of your next cycle. If you're in a higher tier level for even 5 minutes during a new cycle, you'll be charged.
