Linden Rudness

Yes, we all know of todays attack that has ruined our evening, morning etc.. But what makes me furious the most is the rudness of the Lindens tonight. Yes we KNOW your under stress but honestly was STOP CALLING LIVE HELP PROMPT nessacry the first time, i can see after 2 or 3 messages before kindly asking to stop but the first message demanding us in CAPS (which most people consider to be a form of screaming) that we stop calling live help. I did not apperciate that at all and did not think it was nessasary. I ask that the staff behind this either be delt with or a apology is given to the WHOLE SL community.

Hi Paddy - It can be a bit overwhelming when we get dozens of emails and questions regarding a single problem all at the same time. I'm not sure what the best solution is, except to ask Residents when there's a problem to check to see if someone has already posted about it. If so, then the best thing to do is to check the blog for information.
