I filed a bug report and IM'ed Kona the RT number (495010) for something that vanished after I rezzed it to my land - think our sim crashed soon after.. From: Torley Linden ...I've also let Kona Linden know of your missing inventory woes. I'm going to find out from him what we should do to help anyone else affected, including those of you reading this! In addition to asking Kona what LL can do for us, I wouldn't mind hearing what we can do for LL to make it easier to get things back. Does digging thru the transaction summary and providing the ID make it easier on him? Date bought? Where it was if it was rezzed? Etc.. I'm sure many people would take a little extra time to find out more details if we knew what details helped.  |

Yes — those details can help narrow it down! Exact name of the item of course, and better yet, if you happen to have the Asset UUID (e.g., if you right-click a copiable item in Inventory and see "Copy Asset UUID). Chances are you won't if it's "missing", but just in case! |
